i enjoyed the large window facing the sea front. the bathroom was tidy and offered ample surface space. the staff were friendly (i even got a friendly wave every morning!). i really appreciated the warm welcome.

i found that there was no hot water throughout the whole hotel. the receptionist was aware of the issue and did not tell me upon arrival. i think this needs to be addressed immediately.

the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful with directions, ensuring my arrival was smooth and stress-free. they also assisted with booking taxis and recommending local restaurants, making my stay more convenient. furthermore, they addressed all my queries promptly.

the breakfast service offered a variety of options, including a full english breakfast cooked to order. there was also a selection of cereals, yogurts, and pastries available (the croissants were delicious!). the dining area was clean and well-maintained.

my room included a comfortable king-size bed with a very comfortable mattress. great sound insulation meant i experienced undisturbed sleep throughout my stay. a tv with multiple channels was available, adding to the room's amenities.

The staff were very friendly. the location was excellent, right across from the bic. it was just minutes from the seafront and other attractions. breakfast was included. The full english was very good.

the hotel provide no hot water. it was a concern that kitchen staff could not maintain hygiene standards during food prep. i am reporting these poor hygiene standards.
